Marital Property: All property acquired by either Party during the marriage shall be considered marital property and divided between the Parties according to the laws of the State of Colorado, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Modification and Revocation: This Agreement may only be modified or revoked by a written document signed by both Parties.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement: This document contains the entire agreement of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations concerning the subject matter hereof.
